In this together

Fran era sobre todo fan de la música electrónica (conciertazos de Aoki y Tiësto que hemos disfrutado juntos), y muy poco fan de mi dark wave.

Dentro de su filosofía de vida a lo Fangoria –no quiero más dramas en mi vida, sólo comedias entretenidas– alguna vez me ha sorprendido cantando canciones que no suponía yo dentro de su repertorio. Una de ellas fue precisamente este In This Together de Apoptygma Berzerk (de su album You and Me Against the World). Decía que le recordaba a nosotros, y de repente se convirtió en nuestra canción. Estaba siempre en nuestra lista de reproducción del coche, y nos poníamos casi a gritarla cada vez que nos íbamos de viaje y sonaba.

Hoy, después de mucho tiempo, ha vuelto a sonar al poner en el coche nuestra lista de reproducción. Y me han venido muchos recuerdos de muchos momentos vividos juntos y muchos viajes en coche, de muchas visitas a Portugal, y de cómo disfrutábamos juntos de lo que teníamos en ese momento.

Ya me lo dijo Jero. Los tres primeros meses son difíciles, pero después, cuando empiezas a retomar tu vida y a hacer cosas que antes hacíais juntos, o hacerlas con otras personas, es cuando vienen los recuerdos. Por suerte, ya en la distancia, los recuerdos no duelen ni son melancólicos (a veces). Son más recuerdos agradables, aunque desees que la otra persona esté aquí. Y que vuelva a compartir contigo los momentos que antes llenabais juntos.

De camino al trabajo me he encontrado con un señor en un semáforo (furgoneta mediante, claro) que estaba escuchando una de mis canciones preferidas de Apoptygma Berzerk. No sé por qué, pero me ha hecho una ilusión tremenda.

Os pongo un poco de musiquita esta mañana para ir ampliando vuestros horizontes 😉
